Job Description

We have developed a 5,000-hour (approximately 2.5 year) Apprenticeship Program for all new hires that fit our Core Values. When each of the five tiers of the program have been completed and tested, you will become a Certified Journeyman Installer within Coffey Tile & Marble being offered industry-leading compensation packages. The program provides on-site mentorship, classroom simulation for various jobsite applications, and regular product certifications. You do not need previous construction experience to be accepted into the CT&M Apprenticeship Program.
